I’ve had MAC Mineralize Blush in Dainty for a little while now, and it’s one of my most used blushers.
MAC Dainty Mineralize Blush is described on the MAC website as being a “light yellow pink with gold pearl” which I think is pretty accurate. It’s a warm toned light-medium pink with golden shimmer running through it. The shimmer is fine, so it’s not like you will be sporting great chunks of glitter on your face – it’s subtle.
On the MAC website it describes Dainty as being a “blush that builds lightly, layer after layer”. I don’t find that it lacks pigmented though. I have fair skin and it takes just one swipe to get a bit of colour in me. It’s a finely-milled powder that doesn’t look too chalky on the face. It wears for about 6 hours and fades evenly.
Here’s a quick swatch of MAC’s Mineralize Blush in Dainty. It’s the perfect girly pink that would work well with light-medium skin tones and a range of make up looks.
At £23 for 3.5g it’s not cheap. But I do find it lasts for ages so the cost-per-wear is quite low, and for fair to medium skin tones I think it’s the perfect colour.
