I want to start a new series on my blog where I share all the street art I have come across in London. I found these beauties in East London along Shoreditch High Street and Commercial Street. What do you think of them?
I love street art, especially in East London. It gives the area a bit of an edge, and it adds such a contrast to the corporate City buildings you see nearby. I snapped these bits of street art in Shoreditch, which sits along the fringes of the City. It’s so exciting how one minute you can be at the head office of a bank, and the next you are surrounded by street art and pop up stores.

Hotels to stay in Shoreditch
I think Shoreditch is still one of the coolest places to stay in London. It’s close to central London and there are loads of markets and bars and restaurants around. If you’re from further afield and want hotel recommendations, I suggest citizenM for a quirky retreat. Click to book!
