I have quite a mix of designer and niche perfumes in my collection. Here are my most reached for designer perfumes.
Chloe Eau de Parfum by Chloe was one of the first perfumes that I ever purchased, and it makes me feel nostalgic every time I wear it. This has rose, peony, freesia, litchi, amber, cedar, lily of the valley and magnolia.
To my nose Chloe is mainly a clean, soapy rose fragrance. I don’t really get many of the other notes and I think they’re there mainly to complement the rose. Chloe EDP performs really well and I recommend it for those who want an easy reach as it lasts all day and is inoffensive.
I’ve tried all of the fragrances in the Born in Roma line and the original Donna Born in Roma is my favourite. This perfume has blackcurrant, jasmine and bourbon vanilla. These notes make it smell quite rich and sweet. It has a very youthful, fun and flirty vibe which matches the juice inside the bottle. Donna Born in Roma is a nice fruity floral scent that lasts well although I think you have to like your perfumes on the sweeter side to enjoy this.
Wearing Gucci Bloom is like burying your face into a bouquet of fresh flowers. I think this is a white floral lover’s heaven, and a more affordable alternative to Diptyque’s Do Son.
While Gucci Bloom isn’t the most complex of perfumes, I think that it is perfect for anyone who wants a simple floral. It wears quite linear, but never feels boring or cloying.

I think that Narciso Rodriguez makes the best musk perfumes and Musc Noir is no exception. This is a gorgeous fragrance with plum, heliotrope and suede. I find Musc Noir to be very easy to wear, soft and sensual. It’s definitely on the lighter side but a so very addictive smell.

I feel like everyone hypes up Burberry Goddess, and with good reason. This is a really decadent vanilla perfume, with a touch of spice from the ginger and a lavender note which gives it a slight aromatic and fresh quality.
I feel like Burberry Goddess is an ideal pick for the colder months, and it is quite the crowd pleaser too.
